EXISTING CUSTOMERS - Please quote your order reference number when contacting us which will assist us in speeding up your enquiry. You can also log in to the "My Account" section of this website to check your order status.

PRODUCT INFORMATION - If you are interested in a product you have seen but require further information, please quote the product name and code which will help us to identify products and help. We can guide you with aspects such as material, assembly, sizes and type of delivery as well as construction and finish details to help you make the best choices. Also please refer to the "Specifications" tab on all product pages where you can find technical information.

ORDER UPDATES AND TRACKING - You will receive order updates via email or you can log into "My Account" area where you can see the status of your order. Depending on the nature of your order you will receive tracking updates when your furniture is dispatched, or a call directly from the delivery team to organise an appropriate and safe time for your delivery. We liaise directly with all our suppliers to help deliveries run as smoothly as possible.

SPARE PARTS - If you require support with replacement parts please contact us quoting the part required, or we can help you to identify parts from the assembly instructions or product images if required. We are able to send out spares directly to you if in the rare instance identified as damaged, faulty or missing. Please note photographic evidence may be required.

ASSEMBLY GUIDES - If you require spare instructions these are available as PDF on request for a wide range of products where applicable. We can help you with certain aspects of assembly if you experience technical difficulty, or if you require further product information.
