Delivery & Returns

FREE UK DELIVERY - We offer free delivery with all our items. To provide the quickest and most efficient delivery method available your goods will be shipped either with chosen established courier network, or using home delivery service direct from the supplier.

ORDER TRACKING - If using courier you will receive tracking information via the email you supplied with your order. This with include real time updates and enable you to view and amend your delivery details if required by logging in to the courier’s portal. There will be no extra charge for amending your delivery details. Please ensure you make full use of your tracking information to help your delivery go as smoothly as possible.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES - We aim to deliver your goods within the estimated shipping times stated. Please note these estimates are displayed on the product page of our website, and with your order confirmation. Once dispatched, goods will be received within 72 hrs but occasionally can take longer.  We cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by the courier service. Please contact us if you have still not received your goods after this time.  Please see our terms and conditions for further details.

COVID 19/BREXIT UPDATE - Please note that in some cases suppliers are experiencing a backlog of orders due to COVID – 19. Please accept our apologies in advance for any such delays, we will always notify you if this is the case with an updated schedule for delivery. At present due to Brexit delivery is to UK mainland only - please enquire for Northern Ireland delivery. The delivery teams offer contact-free delivery as standard, which means no hand-to-hand contact.

SAFETY INFORMATION - For the safety of everyone please check that your premises has sufficient clearance to allow access for your goods e.g measure doors/openings before you place orders of a large nature. If you are unsure how to measure please contact us. Please make sure you are available to take delivery of your items where possible, and liaise with us or the delivery team if there are any changes to your delivery requirements.

DELIVERY DETAILS - Please ensure all delivery details supplied to us when placing your order are correct. We will be unable to refund your purchase if your goods end up at the wrong destination due to errors in address you have supplied. You can amend your delivery address for example, if you are moving home, as long as you give us plently of advance notice, that should not cause a problem - just send us an email!

PRODUCT PACKAGING - All furniture goods should arrive securely packaged for transportation and be fit for purpose to industry standard specifications. When your goods arrive please inspect the outer packaging to ensure it is intact, and has not suffered transportation damage. If you notice significant damage to the packaging please sign as "damaged" and refuse to accept delivery, this will then be returned directly to sender.

RETURNS - We offer 30 days returns period on all our products. If you are in receipt of goods and you change your mind a re stocking fee of 12.5% will be applied to your return. This amount will be deducted from your refund amount. If you refuse an attempted delivery of a dispatched item or goods a restocking fee will also apply. Please contact us for a returns address that we will issue to you, and please ensure that you provide us with tracking information if you have sent the goods yourself. If you wish to return something to us you will need to make sure your item is unused, unassembled and in it’s original packaging. If you discard packaging we will be unable to collect the item due to insurance. We recommend using a fully insured returns service as we are unable to offer refunds for lost items. Please allow sufficient time for return of goods and inspection before refunds are issued back to your account.

REPORTING A DAMAGE/FAULT - As you would expect, we always try to make sure your items arrive to you in perfect condition. However, if they don't we are able to help. We will require emailed photographic evidence of any faulty or damaged goods before we can arrange a return or replacement. Please check the item arrives in good condition by inspecting the packaging carefully, and if you are unhappy with the packaging condition please mark as damaged with courier and refuse to accept. Please check you have the correct parts/items and notify us of any damage or fault within 48hrs, and do not attempt to use the product.

EXCHANGES - We are happy to exchange damaged or faulty in stock items if a problem is identified at no extra cost. To do this you will be required to re box the product and do not attempt to assemble or use it in any way. In many cases we are able to send out replacement parts for products if an issue arises. We can always advise you on the best solution, just get in touch!

REFUNDS - There may be a deduction from your refund if the goods have been damaged by you or used. You will receive your money the same way you paid for your product when we have received and inspected the return item/s. A restock fee may be deducted from your refund. Refund by credit or debit card – please allow 5 working days for us to process your refund and for the funds to appear back in your account. Refund via PayPal – your money will be refunded into your original linked account, please remember this can take several days to appear due to PayPal processing time. You will receive email notification of refunds processed back to your account.
